About Me

My name is Kevin Dy, and I run a small importing-wholesaling business which takes up most my time.

I love steak, pasta, bread, pizza, fast food - basically "unhealthy" high-carb, high-fat items.

I lift weights maybe twice a week, and play pick-up hoops with my friends every other week.

I have been on a number of diets, almost all of them successful, only to gain the weight back (and then some) after a couple of months.

I'm just like most of you reading this.  And I believe that after years of just not getting it, I have finally found a program that will help me get the body I've always wanted while still enjoying all that life has to offer.  All it's going to take is some careful planning, some serious commitment, and an extra day at the gym.  Best part?  No cardio required.

I made this blog with the purpose of sharing what I know, because I wish somebody would've helped me cut through all the BS to the bare bones of everything.  Here's hoping I can do that for you.
